Dear Former Panther Musician:
[1] The Permian Band Reunion will be held next September in Odessa.
The dates are Sept 24-25, 2010.
[2] The venue is the MCM Grande / FunDome Hotel at 6201 E Business I-20, Odessa 79762.
Rooms have been blocked at reduced rates for the Reunion. We think the blocked rooms will
be taken quickly, and we are making arrangements for additional rooms at nearby hotels and
motels.
[3] If you plan to attend, it would be very helpful if you would make your hotel reservations
immediately. This will give the Reunion Committee a better view of planning requirements.
You can always cancel the reservation if your plans change. Please call the MCM Grande at
866 362 2311 to reserve your room. Be sure to tell them you are attending the Permian Band
Reunion.
[4] Please send us an email to advise that you plan to attend the Reunion festivities. We will
be sending out a registration form later, but it would be great if you would let us know that you
are planning to attend. Right now we don't know whether to plan for 200 or 1200. This
information from you will help a lot.
[5] Contact former band mates and make sure they have sent us their contact information.
